5 Different Trails a Day

First ride for Febuary was just a little bit longer than usual.

Recently I tended to ride only 3 hours or so like morning jog but John picked the interesting route for today.

John ” 5 is the key today, ok?”

me “what?”

John “5”

me “… what do you mean .”

well, he meant we were going to ride 5 different trail/routes.

I was like, ” WHAT?”
( I was thinking, ” what a jerk!!” lol)

They were all short courses but we gotte ride uphills to get to the each trails! F***in’ hell! you know what I mean!!

I knew that he wanted me to ride as much as possible so that I could be totally satisfied today.
( cuz I cannot ride next weekend as I’m going to be in Orlando for a short vacation. KFC’s grilled chicken and Tacobell, Wendy’s and McD and Cinnabon is waiting for me!!)

Oh well…

after 2nd trail and dull-uphill-pavedroad for a few miles,
John was riding like 100m ahead while I was dead tired and half or more dying.

but overall it was a pretty good day.
Each path we rode was slightly different.
1st route: the very first trail I’ve rode with John last year!!
very popular course for MTBer in around Tokyo.
2nd route: VERY fun course. Enough bank, switch-back, LOVED it!

3rd route: same trail as 1st one but different route with loose rocks. it was hard to make a balance not to lose control.

4th route: road ride for a bit then similar to 1st.
5th route: rode back the 4th and enjoyed the last uphill&easy downhill.

Food: 1/2 Redbull, mini chocolate croissant, 1/2onigiri(riceball), sweeted bean-pasted bread, 500ml coka-cola.

2 hours sleep was no good for 5hours ride!!

2月最初のライドは、
去年specializedをゲットした時にデビューしにいった
あの人気のとこ!
高い山じゃないし、きつ~い登りもないし、
ラクチ~ン♪のはずが、
本日のキーワードは「5」!!!!!!!

つまり、「5本」ってことだそうで。

私が来週末は走れないからって、
優しい死神さんの粋な計らいで、
嫌というほど満足するようにって、
とりあえず1本走って、2本目は先週の山の方へ。
温泉のところの坂から林道手前までクタクタになりながら
とりあえず登り坂を走り、
今日は前回とは反対方向にGO!
そっれが超~~~~~楽しかった!!!!!
死神さんに置いていかれないようにグー率を上げて
必死に走ったら手が死んだw

で、3本目。
こっちはグラグラするルーズなロックのとこ。
「前輪は持っていかれちゃうけどバランスをとって転ぶな」
との指示通りやってみたけど、難しいね。
女の子みたいにキャーキャー、じゃなくって、
ギャーギャー言っちゃったもん、
oh no!oh Sh*tってw

4本目と5本目は一緒な感じで、
すっごい難しいところはないけど、根っ子と杭に気をつけて
びゅーんって感じで楽しめた♪
でも、すでに体力の限界で、
登り返しで死にましたw
でもさ、
舗装道を登ってるときは本当に苦痛なんだけど、
山の中の登りは疲れても苦痛じゃないんだよね。

でも、
やっぱり今日は疲れた~~~>_<
さっすがに睡眠2時間はヤバイ。
暖かかったし、体力が完全にやられちゃったYO!

でもでもでも、
やっぱり楽しかった~!!!
もっと上手になって、色んな所走れるようになりたいな~
って思っちゃったもんね♪
